Hackney DIP select Theseus for their caseload management needs
Hackney DIP have a multi-agency integrated approach, working closely with other local drug and alcohol services to develop care packages to meet their client's needs. They deal with one of the largest case loads in the London area; therefore they required a comprehensive and easy to use system that would need to be acceptable to all of the partner agencies. Theseus covered all points.
Staff at Hackney DIP gave careful consideration to their requirements, along with those of their partner agencies, and selected Theseus as the most comprehensive, effective and easy to use product on the market.
Lifeline select Theseus for their caseload management needs
Lifeline Projects won the contract to deliver several Drug Treatment services in Hackney: The Community Prescribing Team, DDR Day Programme, Aftercare Team, Harm Reduction Team and a dedicated women's service. They offer support, advice, information, and access to prescribing or specialist drug treatment to drug users and their families or friends in Hackney.
In order to manage such a large and complex integrated service delivery programme selection of the Case Management product was particularly important. Theseus TA was selected as the product of choice to underpin this work.
