The Drug Interventions Programme (DIP) is a key part of the Government's strategy for tackling drugs and reducing crime. The programme aims to get adult drug-misusing offenders out of crime and into treatment and other support.

DIP teams are closely monitored to ensure that they deliver good results in treating substance misusing offenders. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are used to monitor the performance of all DIPs.

Another good month for Theseus DIPs
DIPs that are using Theseus to manage their caseload demonstrate consistently good results on their DIP Dashboards. The combination of an easy to use, easy to learn to use case management system coupled with a comprehensive reporting suite allows drug treatment teams to manage their caseload more effectively and to accurately report upon their caseload effectiveness.

Using Theseus means that paperwork is practically eliminated, data entry time is kept to an absolute minimum, and that achievement of targets is maximised. Ultimately this means that the client is treated with a minimum of administration time, and good results are accurately recorded.
