After a thorough assessment another London borough has chosen Theseus for their Caseload Management needs.

The London Borough of Newham had appointed an independent consultant to manage the selection and procurement of a suitable Drug Interventions Programme caseload management system, and conducted a thorough search of all products available in the Drug Treatment field.

They narrowed their selection to a few leading contenders, and Theseus was the winning solution chosen from this select list in a rigorous procurement process.

On conclusion of the procurement process Newham DIP remarked that they appreciated the fact that Theseus has grown organically based on DAT needs from within the service, and was thus able to score particularly well on technical and functional specifications. They also commented on Cyber Media’s responsiveness during the entire process.

The project includes migrating data from several existing sources and an ongoing data exchange with the social care package used by Newham Council.
