Theseus selected by Lifeline

Lifeline Projects have recently won the contract to deliver several Drug Treatment services in Hackney: The Community Prescribing Team, DDR Day Programme, Aftercare Team, Harm Reduction Team and a dedicated women's service. They offer support, advice, information, and access to prescribing or specialist drug treatment, to drug users and their families or friends in Hackney.
In order to manage such a large and complex integrated service delivery programme selection of the Case Management product was particularly important. Theseus TA was selected as the product of choice to underpin this work.
As a data analyst I don't want my name associated with poor quality data. Theseus leaves no room for mistakes – it leads the worker through the paperwork and employs extensive front end validation to ensure everything is done right first time. Theseus is a very user friendly system. Within a week or two staff were using the system with confidence. It was well received by all users, and has made a difference already.
