Theseus

Most organisations in the Drug and Alcohol Treatment field have developed their own standardised forms associated with the treatment and support of the client (e.g. Models of Care). Usually such forms are in PDF format, in some cases with clickable fields.

Managing, completing, updating, filing and sharing such forms with other organisations is usually time consuming, and can even be challenging.

The Flexible Forms module provides the most effective way to seamlessly integrate these organisation specific forms into Theseus and enable you to:

• Save time and effort by automatically populating forms with information already stored in Theseus
• Improve record accuracy by validating data on entry
• See and record the overall picture by keeping a record of form changes and updates; and enabling you to attach relevant documents to forms and link forms to client activities such as episodes and events
• Improve information security and integrity by storing data in a protected database (along with Theseus data), and enabling you to produce read/print only forms that cannot be altered
• Improve collaboration with other agencies by allowing you to easily exchange forms through the import/export facility
• Keep your forms up to date and relevant by allowing you to quickly create new forms, and update older forms once imported
• Control and standardise information by effecting a common format that is universally accepted and understood
